Who we need
We are ready to set up Technical Leads (Python/Golang + React and other configuration languages) and CTOs for small startups.
Our stack: Golang, Python/Django, PostgreSQL, Kafka, AeroSpike, Redis, React, Docker, and others.
Job responsibilities

Developing a service structure development plan within the company and business unit;

Finding defects in the current architecture and developing a plan for fixing them;

Standardizing technical and architectural solutions, as well as implementing tools within the company.
Key qualifications
-
At least 3 years of experience as a developer;
-
At least 2 years of experience as a tech lead, EM, or CTO (this is in addition to development experience);
-
Experience developing and supporting complex distributed systems;
-
Experience building product, e-commerce, or travel tech systems;
-
A good understanding of relational databases (ACID, Locks, Indexes, Execution Plans);

Understanding of event-driven architecture;
-
Knowledge of architectural design patterns: CQRS, Event Sourcing, Saga, etc.;

Independence, ability to negotiate and justify architectural decisions not only to the tech team but also to the business;

Ability to write clear documentation in English;
-
Spoken English at a B2 (upper intermediate) level.
As a plus:
-
Experience with database scaling: sharding, partitioning, geo-distribution, replication, and multi-tenancy;

It will be a plus if you have experience with Data-Driven architectures or experience creating products with an ML component.
