Product Analyst (AB Platform Team)

Who we need

We are looking for an Product Analyst with strong experience in A/B testing and Python coding skills to help our team.
 
Our product teams launch new A/B experiments daily. So we have been developed our own A/B platform to help them in testing their hypotheses faster and more efficiently. The goal is to make this platform more than just a "calculator" but a full-fledged product. Therefore, the A/B testing team is working not only on the platform and its features, but also on the processes, methodologies, and the experiments culture.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop pricing experiment methodology (switch-back, query-level split) and help teams launch them;
  • Build an A/B testing pipeline for a business API with hundreds of millions of requests per day;

  • Implement CUPED in the auto-billing service - write Python code, maintain Airflow DAG;

  • Develop experiment design tools;

  • Research best practices and find ways to speed up tests;

  • Validate experiment designs and post-analysis, understand complex CI approach cases.

Key qualifications

  • 2+ years in analytics, including strong real-world A/B testing experience – design, launch, and analysis;
  • Strong skill in Python and understanding what a Docker container is;
  • Being able to explain CUPED and the advantages of the Bayesian approach;
  • Skill to optimize SQL queries so they don't slow down on billions of lines of code (with help of an LLM/AI is sufficient);
  • Spoken English - from B1 level;
  • Experience to use LLM assistants in work (Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.).
