Who we need
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Integration Launch Specialist who will support API partners during integration and launch phases, ensure high-quality integrations, and act as a bridge between partners and internal teams. You enjoy solving technical problems, communicating with stakeholders, and working with APIs and data.
Job responsibilities
- Support API partners during integration and launch stages;
- Consult partners and commercial teams on API functionality;
- Handle incoming requests via the ticketing system;
- Validate the quality of partner integrations;
- Maintain and update integration-related documentation and records;
- Conduct Zoom/Google Meet calls with partners;
- Analyze API logs and troubleshoot issues;
- Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams;
- Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base.
Key qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in API technical support (L2–L3)
or experience working with API integrations (launch and support); - Strong hands-on experience with APIs and tools such as Postman;
- Basic understanding of API design principles;
- Ability to read and analyze logs in JSON and XML formats;
- Understanding of CRUD principles;
- Proficiency with Google Docs;
- English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken).
