We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager who can lead CRM Strategy from idea to realization.
 
You should know how to develop Communcation Map, plan multi-channel campaigns, measure campaign efficiency (we're all about figures). It is good to understand the principe of CRM System work. You should be able to get necessary figures by SQL request. But more important to understand what figure you want to get, how and why you'll impact on it, and how to measure the results.

  • CRM Strategy implementation (CLTV and Order frequecy increase);
  • direct Multi Channel Communication Planning;
  • direct MultiChannel Communication Efficiency analysing;
  • trigger communication owning (AIDA, visuals, efficiency);
  • mass Adv email owning (AIDA, visuals, efficiency);
  • client Data Analytic (SQL + Conclusions + Choice of Data).
 

Hauptqualifikationen

  • at least 2 years of relevant experience;
  • CRM Strategy development;
  • CRM multi-channel (email, push, inproduct etc) communication planning and efficiency analysing;
  • work Experience with CRM Systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, RetailCRM, Salesforce);
  • fluent English (presentation, documentation record keeping);
  • SQL Advanced;
  • experience in task setting for Developers and Analytics.
