Commercial Operations Manager (Strategy and Planning Manager)

We are looking for an experienced Strategy and Planning Manager to join our international B2B brand RateHawk, develop our business and make the travel world better together!

Verantwortlichkeiten der Stelle

Daily sales performance analysis;
Daily sales pipeline review;
Market share and competitors analysis;
Weekly reporting of sales results to the senior leadership and the sales team highlighting strong and weak parts of the business development;
Participation in Plan-Fact review;
Monthly sales team bonus calculation;
Regular analytics data quality check and reporting;
Participation in creation of the new sales analysis tools;
Creation of the analytical data presentation slides;
Process management of the annual hiring plan;
To provide analytical data from SQL reports upon request.

Hauptqualifikationen

Advanced/fluent English level;
Understanding and data driven approach of sales process;
Sales and pipeline management experience;
Strong presentation skills;
Strong analytical approach and skills.
