Sales Training Manager

Since we are growing in the international market, we have decided to create a new team, which will deal with sales and product training for new sales and account managers of our company, so now we are looking for a Sales Training Manager.

Verantwortlichkeiten der Stelle

deliver on- and offline trainings and evaluation activities (regular knowledge assessments, analysis of errors, etc.);
develop and refresh training materials (e-learning courses, tests, surveys, longreads and other types of content);
maintain e-learning system (MyCompetencies):
- assign learning content and monitor its progress;
- log employee training progress;
regular reporting on trainings and assessments.

Hauptqualifikationen

the experience as a training manager;
the experience as a sales manager (desirable);
good skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Slack;
the ability to explain complex things in simple terms;
the ability to motivate and involve people in the process;
responsibility and the ability to get things done;
fluent English C1-C2 (100% of all communication will be in English).
