Corporate Team Leader Eastern Europe/Balkans

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Account Team Leader in Eastern Europe to join our international B2B brand Roundtrip, develop our business and make the travel world better together!

Verantwortlichkeiten der Stelle

Daily team management to achieve planned financial results of the division;
Monitoring and analysis of staff KPI results;
Organization of search for and signing up of new corporate customers, as well as developing current partners and holding negotiations with them;
Helping the team to manage key customers;
Hiring and training staff;
Involvement in designing and implementing the division’s marketing plan;
Market research, analysis and forecasting.

Hauptqualifikationen

Successful experience of managing a team (sales managers or account managers) of at least two years;
Assisting the Accounts Receivable Manager with the day-to-day management of a team of 2 or more
Specialized in business development of B2B companies;
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive chasing of debt, bad debt provisions, overdue reporting
Strong organizational and management skills;
An ability to quickly grasp the features of new markets;
Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven and good with numbers;
Fluent English, other languages as a plus.
