Product Designer (Web)

We are looking for a Product Designer in our Design Team. At the onboarding stage, there will be time to understand the current processes and, together with the product, determine the direction where the team will strive next. Interaction is also expected with a team of UX researchers and developers. In addition to product tasks, sometimes you may need to draw a beautiful banner or animation in Lottie.

Verantwortlichkeiten der Stelle

participate with the whole team in the search for levers to improve the user experience and product metrics
prepare the design in an expanded form for transfer to development
create prototypes of varying degrees of detail for UX research
draw graphics to suit your needs — icons and something bigger, in a consistent style
bring improvements to the design system
be an active link in validating the quality of solutions (both UX and UI)
sometimes close the needs for the design of the main page (co-branding)

Hauptqualifikationen

work experience in a product team of at least 2 years
knowledge of English at Intermediate (B1) level and above
experience with Figma and prototyping (Axure)
the ability to ask qualitative questions about the task
skills to complement the design with a detailed description of the layouts for development
