Partners API Team Lead

We are looking for an Emerging Travel Group External API Development Team Leader who will be responsible for leading the development team through the design, development, testing and implementation of the API.

Verantwortlichkeiten der Stelle

leading a team of API developers in the process of designing, developing, testing and implementing APIs;
collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure APIs meet business needs;
developing and supporting API documentation;
enforcing coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies;
mentoring and training junior developers in API design and development best practices.

Hauptqualifikationen

at least 5 years of experience in software development, at least 3 years in API design and development;
experience in managing a development team;
strong knowledge of API design principles and best practices;
experience with RESTful APIs and related technologies such as JSON, XML and HTTP;
good understanding of software life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team in a fast, team-oriented environment, learn new technologies quickly and independently
