Senior Project Manager (Backoffice)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on developing a partner's personal account. This is the main section of the product for the work of B2B partners, in which the partner can manage his orders, pay for them and perform many other actions.

Verantwortlichkeiten der Stelle

being in charge of the delivery of a cross-functional project team;
leading projects to launch new functionality from start to finish;
collecting and working out business requirements, drawing up project documentation, seting tasks for your development team and other teams;
active communication with related teams and stakeholders, managing expectations;
analysing the results of project launches;
participation in the main aspects of the development team processes (assessment, planning, grooming, retro).

Hauptqualifikationen

2+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager in a product company;
an ability to develop schemes of algorithms and UML diagrams;
an ability to operate with data: write an SQL query, calculate slices, conduct basic analytics to decide how to make a feature;
examples of successful launches of projects, products with the participation of more than 2 teams;
understanding of the structure of web applications (including differences and interaction between backend and frontend, API structure and principles, client-side interaction mechanisms, and other key aspects of creating and maintaining web applications);
understanding the life cycle of an IT project;
data-driven approach to decision making.
