To begin working with the service, the partner should indicate their contact details and company information. Then they need to select their chosen collaboration method – currently, direct registration in the system is available to travel agencies, while affiliate partners will gain this opportunity shortly. At the next stage, the partner will be able to select their preferred contract type (net or gross) directly and to enter their company details. After registration, the partner will receive a welcome letter containing further instructions and the contact details of their account manager.
Felix Shpilman, CEO of Emerging Travel Group, which manages RateHawk, commented: “In the last few months many travel market players have been forced to adapt urgently to the new business environment and switch to remote working. This tough time has proven once again that digitalization of the sector is inevitable, and to be successful, a company needs to have reliable online tools in its arsenal. New partners connecting to RateHawk can take advantage of the system's entire functionality, and specifically the opportunity to select from 1.3 million accommodation options around the world, organize transfers, hire cars and obtain additional services to organize travel. Access to the system’s services remains free of charge.”
