We are looking for a Product Lead for our B2C brands.
Job Responsibilities
in-depth analysis of user scenarios, funnels and key metrics, including returns, and their growth due to product improvements;
formation of a detailed description of the target audience (persons, CJM, JTB);
studying the pains and needs of B2C users based on UX research, surveys, analysis of incoming feedback, market situation, company development strategy, etc;
formation of a tree of B2C business line metrics;
formation of a strategy and roadmap for the development of B2C products of the company, communicating it to product and platform teams;
close interaction with the marketing team, in the area of improving the metrics for attracting new and retaining existing users, as well as traffic monetization.
Requisitos
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Product Lead;
experience in building and working with product metrics, conducting AB tests, optimizing funnel, analyzing user chains;
experience in backlog prioritization using various methods, understanding their basic differences and applicability;
experience of interacting with or working in B2C marketing teams;
deep understanding of analytics, knowledge of SQL and the ability to both extract and analyze data independently;
an ability to work with users, collect feedback, do both corridor surveys and UX research;
an ability to do competitive market analysis, product comparison;
an ability to formulate hypotheses, offer MVP solutions and test them;
knowledge of English at B2+ level (including spoken);
an ability to build and optimize PNL products / experience in development or deep interaction with technologies will be an advantage.
