We are looking for a Product Analyst in our Analytics Department who will help provide the platform's product teams with the necessary business decisions, will participate in the evaluation and verification of product hypotheses and investigate user behavior, actively search for potential growth points.

The Extranet team provides a company service that provides hoteliers who have signed a direct contract with us with access to their personal account, where they can fill in information about availability and prices, as well as fill out information about the hotel and in other ways influence their display to customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • creating and tuning metrics of the platform's product teams: adding new product metrics to existing dashboards, writing checks and alerts to search for anomalies, helping to find proxy metrics that are important for understanding the business;
  • participation in the construction of various mat models and joint testing with the RnD team of ML algorithms such as hotel sorting, search results of the digest and rate pricing;
  • search for product growth points: identification of various user problems on large data arrays, analysis of clickstreams and logs of analytical events, discussion and prioritization of insights received together with the business and the UX team, suggestions of ways to solve them;
  • participation in the management of the pipeline of A/B experiments of the product teams of the platform: from the design, launch and post-analysis of the experiment on an international product, and to participation in the development processes of the platform itself: optimization of stat criteria, testing of alternative methods for evaluating tests.


  • work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
  • excellent knowledge of SQL: working with complex queries;
  • experience in data analysis in Python (preferably) or R;
  • experience in conducting A/B tests - from design to decision—making after the results;
  • ability to work with BI systems (we use Tableau);
  • knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level and above;
  • ability to present research results clearly;
  • critical and systematic thinking, the ability to prove everything in numbers;
  • knowledge of the principles of operation and basic metrics of the product;
  • knowledge of the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
  • ability to establish effective communication with other teams.
