Since we are growing in the international market, we have decided to create a new team, which will deal with sales and product training for new sales and account managers of our company, so now we are looking for a Sales Training Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • deliver on- and offline trainings and evaluation activities (regular knowledge assessments, analysis of errors, etc.);
  • develop and refresh training materials (e-learning courses, tests, surveys, longreads and other types of content);
  • maintain e-learning system (MyCompetencies): 

    • assign learning content and monitor its progress;
    • log employee training progress;
  • regular reporting on trainings and assessments.


  • the experience as a training manager;
  • the experience as a sales manager (desirable);
  • good skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Slack;
  • the ability to explain complex things in simple terms;
  • the ability to motivate and involve people in the process;
  • responsibility and the ability to get things done;
  • fluent English C1-C2 (100% of all communication will be in English).
