We are looking to hire a Modification Team Specialist, who will help our clients to cancel or change their bookings.

Job Responsibilities

  • helping clients and partners to handle requests to cancel or change bookings;

  • communication with hotels and suppliers;

  • recording information in the CRM system about work done.

Key Qualifications

  • knowledge of English on at least Upper Intermediate level: capability of speaking on the phone in English and writing in business English;

  • ability to learn quickly and be results-focused and stress-resistant;

  • multi-tasking skills;

  • possession of a strong sense of empathy;

  • responsibility and carefulness;

  • knowledge of French/German/Italian on at least B2 level (as an advantage);
