Head of Corporate Department


We are looking for a Head of Corporate Department who will shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The Head of Corporate Department will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Sales Team across markets. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the corporate commercial brand strategy;
  • Contribute to product development strategy based on feedback from markets, sales teams, and current and potential customers;
  • Conduct monitoring and regular assessments of team performance and ROI;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, product, analytics, and operations, to develop our product and processes and implement effective sales strategies;
  • Utilise analytics and market research to identify opportunities and trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance and brand development strategy;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Budget management for the corporate commercial division;
  • Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to CCO.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in the travel industry, experience in corporate business tourism preferred.
  • Understanding the way of launching and exploring new markets.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams and team leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Fluent English and other languages as a plus.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position.
