DWH/ETL Developer (Finance)

We are looking for a DWH/ETL Developer to join our Data Infrastructure Team.
The Data Infrastructure Team is responsible for the collection, storage, and quality of all company data, as well as the development and support of analytical services and tools.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Vertica and become the owner of a dedicated domain area.

Job Responsibilities

Preparation of data marts;
Optimization of SQL queries;
Communication with business analysts and task formalization;
Participation in improving the architecture of the analytical repository;
Setting up data transports from external sources.

Key Qualifications

Understanding of SQL query optimization principles;
Knowledge of a scripting language (preferably Python);
Knowledge in the field of finance (understanding of financial indicators, experience working with users from finance);
Knowledge in the field of data warehouse architecture (normal forms, Star schema, Data Vault);
Experience with GIT.

Would be a plus:

Experience with columnar databases (we use Vertica);
Experience in designing OLAP cubes;
Experience with Tableau;
Experience with Docker and Airflow;
Experience with Postgres.
