Integration Support Manager

We are looking for an Integration Support Manager for our Hotelbox and Supply Integrations Team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Technical account of integrations, which includes communicating with the vendor, monitoring metrics and jointly resolving technical issues. As well as competent formulation of ToRs for our development team to implement ideas and solve problems.
  • Finding and resolving issues in existing and new integrations. We have 219 integrations in our neighborhood and each of them has some features and areas for improvement. We will need to find and implement these with the development and analytics teams.
  • Metrics monitoring. Metrics are everything. They need to be monitored, improved, and new ones introduced if needed. Any decision or conclusion must be supported by facts.
  • Consulting, working with internal users. You need to be prepared that everyone, from the CEO to our users, will ask questions and ask for help in understanding something.
  • Work with documentation. You will need to document a part of the work you are responsible for and be ready to study documentation of partners or projects of other teams.
  • Working with API interaction logs. Most of the information in the integration workflow is logged, and solving any technical problem starts with studying the logs. You will need to navigate through logs of different formats and structures and be able to quickly find the necessary data among a large amount of information.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in testing/technical support/analytics/systems analytics or other related field 1 year or more.
  • Knowledge of SQL (join, group by, with) and Excel (pivot).
  • Knowledge of back-end/front-end, POST/GET requests, xml/json.
  • Experience in interacting with developers and setting tasks.
  • English at least Upper-Intermediate level.
