Anti-Fraud Engineer

Job Responsibilities

implementing new methods to combat fraud;
participating in the automation of anti-fraud processes;
reducing the number of incidents;
modeling threats, identifying vulnerabilities, taking measures to minimize risks;
investigating incidents, preparing reports, recommendations for addressing deficiencies;
collaborating with business units, developers, and analysts to enhance cybersecurity.

Key Qualifications

confident knowledge of SQL;
ability to write scripts (Bash, Python);
experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Grafana);
experience with databases (e.g. Vertica, PostgreSQL);
knowledge of written and spoken English at a B2 level;
experience in anti-fraud projects in banking, e-commerce, or cybersecurity;
experience in developing methods for detecting fraudulent activity in in-house anti-fraud systems;
knowledge of fraudsters' tools and methods;
experience in developing internal regulatory documents, instructions;
understanding of modern stages of web technologies and mobile applications development;
knowledge of ELK;
basic knowledge of ML would be a plus;
additional education, certificates, courses in the professional field would be a plus.
