Technical Support Specialist (Transport products)

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving, processing and responding to incoming calls related to transportation products;
  • Monitoring the status of system operation (we use Grafana and Sentry);
  • Investigation of non-standard issues and incidents;
  • Analyzing technical faults, locating fixes, and escalating them to the development team if necessary;
  • Actively participating in the system improvement process;
  • Functional manual testing of the product;
  • Updating and filling the knowledge base, writing instructions.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in user support teams (preferably in a product team) from 1 year;
  • Basic understanding of back-end/front-end, POST/GET requests, xml/json;
  • Experience in writing technical documentation, instructions;
  • Experience with Grafana, Gitlab experience reading Python code as an advantage;
  • Knowledge of English at B1+ level.
