Systems Analyst (Technical Discovery B2A Team)

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join the B2A team and work on improving travel agents experience.

Job Responsibilities

diving into the product and business context and transfer it to the technical capabilities of the systems;
creating a list of non-functional and functional requirements;
maintaining documentation and preparing diagrams.

Key Qualifications

3+ years of experience in systems analysis with a focus on requirements analysis and project planning;
experience in creating product systems;
experience with project management and development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban;
knowledge of Golang and/or Python, C4 model for visualizing software architecture will be an advantage;
desirable experience working with PostgreSQL, and instruments for API testing, such as Postman;
practical experience in process modeling and system design using UML or BPMN (in particular experience with Diagram as Code tools such as MermadJS or PlantUML) will be a plus.
